Evolve the core Email platform that powers Ada’s AI-driven customer support. You’ll build and scale the systems responsible for email ingestion, routing, SMTP connectors, Sendgrid integrations, and seamless handoffs into customer support tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges, cares deeply about reliability, and wants to shape a foundational product area used by thousands of enterprise customers.
Drive new strategic deals with enterprise and high-growth customers by acquiring and closing new strategic customers and expanding Runpod’s presence across key market segments. Requires negotiating complex contracts, and closing high ARR deals centered on Runpod’s AI infrastructure offerings. Be a consultative seller who understands how to map infrastructure and AI/ML use cases.
Accountable for providing timely and effective legal support and advice across Cogstate’s various lines of business, with a specific focus on commercial contracts (drafting, negotiation and management of various commercial contracts), and regulatory compliance (including data privacy and medical device regulations). The Corporate Counsel is expected work predominantly independently and will assist the General Counsel as required.
