OP Labs is seeking a highly motivated attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel, reporting to the General Counsel. This role involves driving forward the commercial and corporate functions on the legal team. The Corporate Counsel will own the cross-functional relationships with the business development and partnerships team, and will also assist the legal team with other general matters common to in-house support such as HR, IP and regulatory matters.

This position is for a commercial legal counsel who will work with the contracts team while also supporting the wider business in a range of commercial and legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting, analysis, and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as partnering with legal team members on strategic projects and regulatory issues. The candidate will also create and advise on templates, policies, and procedures to address new requirements.

Support internal stakeholders by providing legal advice to internal and external business clients to ensure that Clara's interests are well represented; Manage work and relationships with external counsel; Develop, implement, and review data privacy policies and programs to ensure compliance with data protection laws; Collaborate with the Global Legal Team in LatAm to provide support on legal matters.
