Provides support to Legal Department attorneys globally on disputes, litigation, administrative matters, demands, investigations, and associated insurance matters. Requires experience in dispute and litigation case management, discovery workflows, and management of insurance claims. Manages multiple matters independently while collaborating with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, internationally.

• Fluency in German, familiarity with document review workflows.
• Experience with electronic document review technology.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction and status in good standing.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead an electronic discovery team within the Government. This position is responsible for supporting the Government’s professionals in all aspects of litigation support and e-discovery processes, including providing project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake, data analysis, early case assessment, document production, and liaising with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, conducting database searches, drafting legal documents, and communicating with case teams. You will also troubleshoot technical issues with review platforms and manage litigation review materials.

As a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead, you will be using your legal experience to aid a large federal agency in achieving its mission by providing electronic discovery technical support and assisting with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity. Responsibilities include performing advanced analytics in Relativity, creating statistical reports, and staying abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology.
