Lead the team of commercial lawyers to achieve team goals and support Mambu’s vision. Provide legal advice to the business on a wide range of commercial matters, including legal assessments of GTM strategies and new market entries. Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements with customers, partnership agreements and vendor agreements. Manage legal aspects of disputes and actual or potential litigation proceedings.
