The Global Procurement Manager will lead and strengthen GiveDirectly’s procurement systems across all country offices and global teams. This role ensures that procurement practices are transparent, efficient, ethical, and compliant. Reporting to the Director of Legal & Compliance, this role acts as the organization’s procurement center of excellence.

Vultr is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s inventory across multiple locations, ensuring accurate valuation, reporting, and financial integrity. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role requires strong financial acumen, ERP system experience (preferably NetSuite), and advanced Excel skills.

Visit, engage, and build relationships with non-participating distributors, unknown locations, and pallet recyclers to recover CHEP assets that have left the network. Monitor and track asset flow within the assigned territory, negotiating and facilitating the return of CHEP pallets to the network. Take full responsibility for the tracking and recovery of all CHEP pallets within the designated territory, ensuring assets are accounted for and returned promptly.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern/ Working Student to join our Inventory Control en Returns Department in our logistics. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Manage assigned categories and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure departmental sourcing strategies and objectives are met. Develop and execute supply strategies under the direction of the Sr. Manager Strategic Sourcing Indirect and Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing. Research and evaluate potential new suppliers and their products.

As a Supply Manager, you will own a subset of our markets responsible for making fast-paced, analytical decisions to allocate resources across your markets and keep our marketplace balanced. You will own the near-term supply and demand forecasts in your markets by designing and maintaining predictive models. You will also design, build, and ship targeted productivity promotions and operate marketplace configurations to maximize efficiency.

This role is responsible for equipment ordering and transfers, asset reports, budget projections, and other financial and logistics special projects; the person will work with other DC Engineers on minor and major projects in new builds, migrations, decommissioning, and data center optimization and closely connected to our colleagues, enabling our organizational objectives.

A key role in shaping the next stage of Grove’s inventory management, this person will lead the DTC planning group and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional partners, helping ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business and our diverse network of vendors to develop scalable tools, systems, and processes that evolve with Grove’s growth.

The Supply Chain Category Manager Lead develops and implements strategies to optimize the portfolio performance of multiple categories of clinical products or purchased services within VCU Health. This includes negotiating with suppliers and leveraging their expertise to secure advantageous terms and conditions while maintaining strong supplier relationships. This role serves as a subject matter expert on sourcing processes and technologies.

This role involves overseeing daily shipping operations and building reliable systems for International and domestic shipping, including customs clearance management ensuring cost-effective and relevant shipping solutions that enable us to deliver orders to our clients within timelines.
