The Logistics Associate, Supply Chain Management, will report directly to the Manager, Global Procurement & Logistics of Supply Chain Management and will be responsible for initiating, tracking, and managing material transfers within the global supply chain.

The Smart Deal Unit team is committed to quick and uncomplicated processing of orders and their realization. SDU Inhouse sub-team specializes in the resale of LAN components. This team manages a broad range of customer requests covering hardware, software, services, and licenses. This position will process and invoice SAP purchase orders and service contracts, manage configurations using Cisco CCW, and translate clients’ business needs into functional and technical system solutions.

This role supports the business process owner for the clinical SAP solution in support of the clinical Order to Cash (OTC) functionality and the implementation of new functionality supporting projects and process improvement. This role interacts with multiple organizations to ensure system functionality for the ordering, shipment, proof of receipt, reconciliation and replenishment of clinical investigational product at clinical sites from Amgen and third-party depots.

This role has responsibility for the raw and packaging materials procurement for the ByHeart facilities, reporting into the VP of Supply Operations. The Senior Procurement Manager will secure continuous supply of raw and packaging materials, drive suppliers to improve quality and service, and develop partnerships with key suppliers.

The Warranty Service Ops role is responsible for providing a high quality customer experience to all Western Digital customer. Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization. Resolve daily service operations related issues. Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
