Seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our telehealth program. You will provide outpatient services and work remotely from your own home. The schedule is Monday - Friday with various shift options in ET. This offers a compensation package includes a base plus bonus.
Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness. You will conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care. You'll also facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum, provide crisis support, and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed.
Work with the Clinical Operations team as a Mental Health Clinical Support Specialist, supporting Hazel Health providers before, during, and after telehealth visits through patient assistance, scheduling, technology support, and follow-up. This role optimizes provider schedules, minimizes patient wait times, and enhances the patient experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting mental health care delivery.
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, supporting members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and coordinate care as needed within a multidisciplinary environment.
