The Outreach Specialist will work in the community to help enroll new members in the Marigold peer services platform and partner with local providers and community leaders. You will use a variety of ways to connect with potential members such as visiting local provider locations, attending community events, and phone & SMS outreach. This is a full-time fully remote position: 4 10's (8-6pm EST). We are looking for clinicians who are license eligible or independently licensed (Masters, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW) in MA! This individual will work with both adolescents and adult clients in the intake capacity.

Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions that support recovery and promote wellness as a Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor. Key responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, facilitating counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum, providing crisis support, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with clinical supervisors.
