The Office Manager is responsible for the Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling functions of Lender Services – Loan Payoff Operations. The Office Manager will manage all aspects of the P-O-L-C framework with the goal of leading the department and staff to meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction standards. A customer first environment will be created for internal/external clients by offering unique and innovative solutions.
