The Squad Lead is responsible for delivering services and solutions to Welocalize customers. As the spokesman and facilitator of the Squad, the Lead is accountable for achieving assigned Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The Squad Lead manages a team to work with clients, understand their requirements, engage the global team, and craft and deliver client solutions based on Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork.
