As International Operations Specialist, provide critical project management to setup EOR operations in new countries and ensure continuity of EOR entities operations. Manage expansion projects and entity maintenance tasks, deadlines and deliverables, aligning with Manager to prioritize work based on potential revenue and risk assessment. Work closely with legal team to implement Employment Agreements on the Remote platform; proactively identify process inefficiencies.
