As our business expands across multiple markets, this role becomes the central operator and architect of the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that enable us to deliver high-quality, reliable, repeatable clinical care to families at scale. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our care model; design and refine operational workflows and measurement systems. You will work hand-in-hand with Clinical Quality & Innovation, Product and Technology, and Nest Markets to identify operational pain points, co-design requirements, test and launch new workflows and tooling, and ensure adoption through training and change management.
