The Project Manager, Medical Affairs position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of core projects and operational processes across the Medical Affairs organization. This role is responsible for establishing project management discipline, enabling cross-functional alignment, driving timelines, supporting governance and documentation, and ensuring visibility of workstreams to leadership stakeholders.

Deliver a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for health plan customers. Manage implementations within the digital healthcare space, with a passion for freeing 2 billion people from physical pain. Own all aspects of the new customer implementation process, from sales handoff through launch and transition to the CSM team. Work in tandem with Customer Success, Marketing and customers teams to align on strategies to effectively engage customer populations.

The Associate Director for Operations, Culture, and Strategy will ensure that CPG’s strategy is translated into action, that our teams and culture thrive, and that our operations run smoothly in partnership with our founding institutes. This role requires exceptional judgement, senior operational experience in a high-growth environment, and the ability to design organisational systems that will scale with CPG’s ambitious goals.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that support the company’s operational and client service goals. This role includes coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality, budget, and client expectations. The Project Manager serves as the central point of communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Lead the development of innovative, high-quality instructional materials that advance learning outcomes and align with state standards. Oversee the design, alignment, and implementation of curriculum and instructional frameworks across multiple projects, guiding a team of content experts and partnering closely with state and district leaders.

This role involves leading a team of Implementation Managers, coaching them to guide nonprofits through onboarding. The Implementation Manager will oversee customer implementations, coach the team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer experience. You will drive fundraising success and organizational impact.

Spearhead transformative process improvement initiatives that directly impact payer operations, identifying breakthrough opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and elevate performance standards. Leverage data-driven insights and innovative methodologies to architect solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable changes.

As the Launch Operations Signage Lead, you will work with Sales, Onboarding and Partner Success teams, as well as directly with our Partners in order to ensure the timely and successful launch of new AirGarage facilities. You will need the ability to identify and negotiate with vendors, design and coordinate detailed launch plans, communicate across various different teams, and have an eye for detail and high design standards.
