  • Own and manage the product roadmap for hardware and connected fitness products, leading new product development with external partners.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into product improvements and driving quality, reliability, and cost enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Growth, E-commerce, Design, and suppliers to prioritize and bring products to market.

  • Own the self-serve journey end-to-end, spanning signup, trial, activation, and monetization.
  • Use product usage and event data to identify high-impact growth opportunities and run a continuous test-and-learn cadence across the funnel.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to scope, sequence, and ship experiments, connecting roadmap decisions to customer and revenue outcomes.
