Manage multiple existing client relationships simultaneously, overseeing the Software Development Lifecycle, technical project management, and managing client requests for software enhancements and releases. Develop/maintain relationships with clients, Organize/manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Drive the successful execution of one of WhiteTech's key projects, ensuring its strategic growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and analysts to define, build, and optimize products that align with business objectives and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery.

You will manage complex customer engagements within the USG and deliver programmatic and customer success. Ideal candidates will have experience directly supporting or working within public sector organizations. Responsibilities include delivery management, optimization, customer enablement, and relationship management, requiring 5+ years of experience.
