We are looking for a motivated and analytical Retail Sales Analyst to help drive Blueland’s continued retail expansion. With our recent growth into over 1,480 new stores—including Whole Foods Market, HEB, and Kroger Enterprise—this role will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's strong trajectory. As a key member of our retail sales team, you’ll work cross-functionally to track sales trends, analyze market data, and support business growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Execution & Operations, the Director, Sales Enablement & Training will establish and implement strategic plans to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our US commercial sales organization. This role involves establishing and scaling a team to deliver training, manage onboarding, set standards, and create resources in support of career development and performance management.
