Oversee the processing of all sales orders, from initial receipt from the sales team to final handover to operations, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet company standards. Serve a team member between sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth transitions of client deals and clear communication across departments. Implement and monitor quality control measures to reduce errors and optimise the accuracy of order details.

Support distribution division equipment sales efforts by managing proposal development, project timelines, and after-sales coordination for commercial kitchen equipment. Work closely with Equipment Specialists, inside sales, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution. Offers hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and project management.

Optimize and streamline our sales operations, drive analytics leadership, and enhance efficiency across our order-to-payment process. Play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, improving forecasting, and working cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, warehouses and finance teams to scale our business effectively and efficiently.
