The Sr. Software Engineer will deliver stellar results as part of a small, largely autonomous product engineering team, collaborating with other developers, designers, and the product manager to extend our cloud-based web platform. This position will have end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from brainstorming and architecture through to testing, release, and maintenance. They will ensure the software written is universally high quality, and will support developers through mentorship, feedback, code reviews, and advancement of internal tools and processes.

Develop scalable, maintainable cloud applications in close collaboration with engineering, DevOps and architecture teams. Integrate cloud-native services via SDKs and APIs into existing or new software solutions. Implement DevOps principles from a developer perspective, including automated build, test and deployment processes. Collaborate with Infra and Data teams for end-to-end solutions.

Lead architectural governance rituals for products, manage the software architects' team, and promote continuous improvement of architectural practices. You will support the architects' team, understand the Value Stream roadmap, and communicate technical solutions with the client's team. The role involves creating and maintaining a technical relationship with the client, governing continuous delivery, and bringing innovative solutions to technical problems.
