  • Build relationships with Motive customers.
  • Reactivate, recover, and retain customers through positive relationship building.
  • Handle customer concerns and educate customers on the value of products.

Assist the bidding team with proposal pre-work, including gathering feasibility, pricing, and other required data. Support documentation, system updates, and internal coordination. The role requires compliance with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
