Partner with our Italian Sales team to promote an API-first development culture, nurture customer relationships, and guide Postman users on how to most effectively leverage our platform to build their APIs. You will conduct discovery, technical demos, and proof of value workshops with prospective customers looking to shift to an API-first development culture.

As a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of high-performing Solution Engineers, owning the regional build-out and developing GTM strategies. Executive sponsorship of key accounts in the region will be key to your success. This role will drive community and adoption programs, influence the roadmap, and ensure financial targets are exceeded.
