Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision and strategy to customers. Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase. Communicate Datadog’s value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion. Technically close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
Target and close new business with Datadog’s largest, most strategic customers and prospects. Focus on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment at scale and deliver the appropriate Datadog solution. In this role, you’ll prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process. Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
As a Datadog expert, the Partner Solution Architect (PSA) will work closely with Datadog’s Director of Partner Solutions Architects, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners (for example: cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps transformation). They are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with both Datadog and Partner resources to drive success.
