This Senior Product Designer will play a key role in building and developing our credit building hub, while maintaining cohesion with our other fintech tools, and our overall Super.com product ecosystem. Looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate clear strategies into designs that meet our user needs and drive business impact.

As a staff product designer, you’ll help bring our contractor products to maturity and drive foundational shifts to our platform and customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to make major experience changes to established, business critical workflows. You’ll drive the entire product development process from setting the long-term vision to strategic planning; all the way to launching new features and iterating on existing ones.

Lead research strategy across platform teams, partnering with Design and Product to define direction and shape research roadmaps grounded in customer needs. Working across pods, influence product strategy and ensure cohesive, system-driven experiences. Help scale research practices, empowering cross-functional teams to take on research through democratization efforts; bring strong leadership and uphold a high bar for research quality.

Lead the strategic vision and execution for the Smartsheet Design System, delivering tools, components, and strategies at enterprise scale to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience. Define and champion a compelling vision, driving adoption and demonstrating value to stakeholders. Develop and execute the SDS strategy, addressing enterprise needs and empowering partner teams. Lead cross-functional programs, collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and business leaders.

You will lead research to support teams working on rider-facing experiences and back-of-house operations. The role involves aligning with stakeholders on research needs, translating insights to influence product decisions, and creating empathy around user needs. The researcher will use qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate end-to-end experiences.

As a Staff Hardware UX Researcher, you'll lead research across top hardware priorities including new vehicle form factors and parking infrastructure. You will collaborate with Industrial Design teams to ensure new form factors and built infrastructure is easy to use for a diverse range of riders and abilities, informing and improving designs across Lime’s complete hardware portfolio, using both qualitative and quantitative UXR tools.

The Senior UX Researcher is a crucial member of the Research Team at Adaptavist and will provide actionable insights for product development and promote a user-centered culture. Responsibilities include supporting strategic choices across multiple products, using qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and mentoring junior researchers. This role requires occasional in-person presence at the office in London.
