As a Product Designer Manager for our Core Experiences platform, you’ll be responsible for operating in a player-coach capacity, responsible for designing and building our core experience platform including: common experiences like the employee lifecycle, reporting, roles and permissions, communications platform, and more. This role will also cover part of our senior leadership responsibilities. As a senior design leader, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Principal Designer.

The project focuses on leading the design for the core platform, with a primary goal of shaping the future of workforce management and emerging marketplace products. The initiative involves redefining user experiences, improving platform functionality, and driving innovation to support both businesses and workers.

Collaborate with our founding designer and engineers to bring product ideas to life through prototypes, demos, and visual design. You'll work across product design, UI/UX, and brand to create a cohesive experience for our users and customers, while defining product strategy with a focus on building and iterating on simple, intuitive interfaces.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with our design team, product leads, and engineering partners to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and user needs. You will develop subject matter expertise for assigned portion of the application and author functional specifications including narrative and light wire frames to shape user experience and product functionality.

This role will be responsible for working across the organization to build and maintain a comprehensive design system for Super.com ’s products across web and mobile app. You'll set the quality standards, guidelines, documentation, and governance to uphold the quality standards of our products.

As Lead User Researcher, you'll build a function at Atticus to deepen our understanding across all user journeys. You'll establish and champion our research practice, using sophisticated mixed-methods expertise to directly influence product decisions and business outcomes. Working independently, you'll create systems to understand user needs and validate solutions at scale.

Lead strategic research initiatives to identify future optimizations and enhancements. Collect and analyze user behavior through customer conversations, surveys, ethnography, benchmark studies and online experiments. Work closely with product and design partners to deeply understand issues related to our players’ experience.

Every year, they sponsor 2 UX apprentices to join them for 7 months. UX apprentices work through the end-to-end UX design and UX research process for a startup idea of their choice. Alumni UX apprentices go on to make between $85,000 -$130,000. They are committed to helping women, immigrants and POC break into tech and land 6-figure UX jobs.

This role is a key contributor to the VA Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) Benefits Portfolio and will shape intuitive, accessible, and equitable experiences that help Veterans navigate complex application processes with confidence. You will be responsible for delivering human-centered, research-informed design solutions that support both Veteran outcomes and VA employee workflows.

We are looking for a Product Designer to work on our AI products across GitLab! You will be working with Senior and Staff Product Designers on our AI powered features such as Duo Chat, Code Suggestions and Duo Workflow. This role will require close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Technical Writers, UX Researchers and other Product Designers.
