Maven is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design team. This role will lead design for a cross-functional team focused on core platform initiatives, AI-powered experiences, and maintaining system-wide consistency across member-facing products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality designs for our financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and champion user-centred design within the organisation. This role requires a strategic mindset and deep UX/UI expertise.

Take full ownership of PolicyMe’s marketing site ensuring it delivers a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-friendly experience. Translate briefs and ideas into clean, component-driven designs. Develop pages using our existing CMS structure and reusable components and work closely with the Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver projects that align with brand, traffic, and lead generation goals.

As a Senior Product Designer - Pay Ecosystem at Remote, you will own design for a dev team or feature area, working with a cross-discipline team of designers, developers, and PMs. You'll be challenged with fascinating, complex challenges that require primary research, robust strategy, innovative concepts and simple but brilliant execution. As a Product Designer II, you will contribute to significant features, working within a cross-functional team to translate user needs and AI capabilities into intuitive and effective design solutions. Own the end-to-end design process for small to medium-sized features, from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes. Actively participate in user research to identify key insights and translate them into design decisions.

As a Product Designer Senior, your role will be to solve high-uncertainty problems, proposing high-performance and delightful solutions that meet the needs of users and the business. You will conduct the design process from problem definition, conception, and validation of hypotheses, to the launch and monitoring of the performance of the designed solutions.
