Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks to move opportunities to revenue quickly, including CRM order processing, PO tracking, and coaching sellers on checklists.
  • Review and approve opportunities for accuracy, ensure smooth handoffs to finance, and handle client data and material code requests.
  • Identify deficiencies in the quote-to-invoice cycle and assist with training to improve first-time success rates.

Process and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Finance and Sales to resolve order issues and process orders within defined service level agreements.
  • Drive compliance with company policies and revenue recognition principles while managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Build deal tracking reports to identify bottlenecks and alert sellers to stale opportunities to maximize revenue.

Improvement and Support:

  • Proactively find opportunities to improve the order process and provide feedback to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support internal finance teams during various audits according to global and regional standards.
  • Utilize skills in a remote, fast-paced environment to drive productivity and process optimization.
