Position Overview:
- Seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise fintech clients.
- Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own post-sales relationships for mid-market accounts up to $250K ARR.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, training, and periodic business reviews.
- Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
