Role Overview:

  • Manage a portfolio of 12-15 complex accounts with $100K-$300K ARR in the Credit Union space.
  • Blend tactical execution during implementation with strategic partnership post-launch.
  • Drive value realization and growth through executive alignment and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive onboarding and ensure stakeholders are aligned on success measures.
  • Build “3 wide, 3 deep” relationships across accounts and lead QBRs with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, support, and implementation teams to solve challenges and influence roadmap.

Growth and Impact:

  • Progress 4-5 qualified expansion opportunities and generate at least 8 net-new opportunities within 9 months.
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor who drives deeper adoption and measurable business value.
  • Contribute to the company's growth trajectory and help shape how value is delivered to customers.
