About the Role:

  • Launch and scale Tremendous' outbound motion internationally as the first international SDR hire.
  • Identify, engage, and book meetings with high-potential prospects while helping define how we sell into new European markets.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and act as the first point of contact for prospective customers.

What you'll do:

  • Bring in new deals through outbound prospecting, with cold calling as the primary weapon.
  • Own your pipeline by making 100 cold calls per day and booking meetings over the phone.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams to develop new strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Fluency in both English and German to engage prospects across DACH markets.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals.
  • Customer-obsessed sales approach and a curious, lifelong learner mindset.
