Core Responsibilities:
- Process and Execution Standards: Own and enforce standards across all accounts.
- CS Team Oversight: Review calls, provide feedback, and hold CSMs accountable.
- Strategic Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring retention.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Technical Account Management, or similar.
- Strong operational discipline.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or technically complex SaaS products.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with staffing or ATS platforms.
- Experience helping scale Customer Success processes.
