You will master the Whippy platform, including Voice AI, Chat AI, automations, integrations, and analytics, serving as a trusted advisor guiding customers on maximizing ROI. Responsibilities include building long-term partnerships, maintaining regular communication through structured check-ins and strategy reviews, and creating customer success plans focused on outcomes and usage metrics. Furthermore, you will prepare and deliver account health reviews and optimization plans, identify growth opportunities for cross-sells and collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy. You will also conduct live trainings and create help articles based on customer needs.
