Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

• Guide customers through onboarding to extract real value from our AI-powered CRM.
• Increase adoption and proactively ensure they succeed as a trusted partner.
• Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer in this fully remote role, with preference for North American time zones.

What You'll Do:

• Develop tailored success plans for key accounts to optimize usage and product stickiness.
• Drive upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities through consultative support.
• Partner cross-functionally to evolve the voice of customer in product decisions.
