About the Role:
- As Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be a core member of the Enablement team, working with program leaders and RVPs to ensure our field teams have the tools, content, and training to succeed.
- You'll translate strategy into actionable materials and frameworks that drive performance.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a centralized content hub and drive playbook adoption.
- Develop communication cadences and launch readiness materials.
- Support performance coaching frameworks and track enablement metrics.
Who You Are:
- You have 7+ years in sales enablement or revenue operations, ideally in financial services.
- You're collaborative, clear, and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
