This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leadership hiring and strategic talent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates and future hiring prospects.
Deliver a highly personalized candidate experience and manage sensitive conversations with discretion.
Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Talent to improve recruiting effectiveness.
