Market Mapping
Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions.
- Partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for competitive roles.
- Use data and market insights to guide stakeholder decisions and improve processes.
- Manage multiple searches and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder influence, and operational skills.
- Experience with GTM and business functions preferred.
Compensation:
- $160,000-$200,000/year plus equity and benefits.
