About the Role:
- Provide B2+/C1 bilingual support in English and Spanish from home in Puebla.
- Deliver positive customer experiences and resolve issues with empathy.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge, internet tools, and 25 WPM typing at 90% accuracy.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
