About the Role:
- We're hiring a Head of Sales to own sales operations and the AE team.
- This is a senior, hands-on seat where you'll set territories and make quota visible.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the AE team, including performance coaching and day-to-day accountability.
- Set territories and keep quota, leading metrics, and attainment visible.
- Build and run sales processes, and work with founders to keep AEs selling.
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Head of Sales or VP at an early or growth-stage company.
- A track record of setting territories, quota tracking, and sales processes.
- Comfort working in a startup and doing the ops work yourself.
