About the Role:
- The DoorDash Business Technology team is looking for a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards with expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- This role will interact with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design lasting solutions.
- It will report to the Sr. Manager of Business Technology Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture.
- Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Experience owning compensation cycle execution for a global organization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
