What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt with Tenacity: Be relentless in your pursuit, using phone, email, and social channels.
  • Prioritize signal-driven, high-intent outreach using ABM insights, intent data, and account context to guide execution.
  • Maintain a consistent operating cadence with your aligned AE.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS Sales experience; understand the mechanics of a cold call or have Insurance Industry Experience.
  • Prospecting Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Gong, LeadIQ and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Writing Chops: Can write a cold email that doesn't sound like a robot.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months:

  • Build deep coverage across named accounts, consistently engaging multiple buyer personas.
  • Consistently generate qualified meetings that convert into real pipelineDemonstrate strong AE partnership through joint account planning.
  • Become fluent in Federato’s core value proposition.
