Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to managers, helping them navigate people challenges and make sound decisions.
- Support performance management, including performance conversations, PIP design, and calibration.
- Own employee relations casework and study engagement data to develop action plans.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of PBP or generalist HR experience, ideally at a fast-growing tech or financial services company.
- Solid grounding in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Skilled at translating data into actionable recommendations with best-in-class communication skills.
