About the Role:
- Senior commercial leader for APAC new business.
- Focus on multinational clients with large APAC workforces.
What You'll Do:
- Own APAC target and execute go-to-market plan.
- Manage sales process including RFPs, negotiations, and closings.
- Build partner and broker relationships across the region.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in APAC business development, 5+ in senior leadership.
- Experience in EAP, wellness, benefits, or consulting.
- Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, with Mandarin or Japanese preferred.
