Responsibilities:
- Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures, analysis of real time workload requirements and call routing to manage performance to service level requirements.
- Facilitate development of WFM team and exposure to industry improvements, skills, and standards.
- Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Workforce Management or prior relevant experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
