Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior level contact to represent the Heart Association with executives from global and national companies.
  • Develop, plan and collaborate with national senior management, regional leadership, and local market directors to prospect for new business.
  • Recruit, train, and manage 1+ direct reports in field corporate relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Five (5) or more years of successful sales experience, particularly in selling intangible programs and services, along with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Comprehensive ability to prepare written and oral communications including thorough knowledge and command of business English

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected pay range will be $170,000 to $180,000.
  • Incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets.
  • Wide array of benefits including health, retirement, and wellness programs.

Work-Life Harmonization:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum of 16 days per year for new employees.
  • A total of 12 paid holidays off each year, which includes several days off at the end of the year.
