Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Hunt: Identify and target prospective HVAC contractors through rigorous / proactive outbound engagement.
- Pitch and Close: Sell contractors on the unique benefits of Quilt's system and partner programs.
- Drive Initial Revenue: Secure corresponding initial stocking orders from newly signed partners to meet specific revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, contractor sales, HVAC distribution, or a related field.
- A relentless sales and business development mindset with a proven track record of acquiring new partners and hitting quotas.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected base salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 plus variable compensation.
