Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approx. 7–8 BDRs to drive outbound pipeline in the DACH region.
- Conduct hands-on call coaching, live feedback and structured role plays to increase outreach quality and conversion rates.
- Build scalable outbound programs via phone, email and social media.
Was wir suchen:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong outbound leadership skills: cold calling, enterprise prospecting, qualification methodologies and structured coaching.
