Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Drive execution of account-based sales strategies across regional and enterprise accounts.
  • Monitor team pipeline health and ensure opportunities progress effectively through the sales cycle.
