Commercial & Pre-Sales Leadership:
- Set the solutions consulting strategy and own its connection to enterprise sales objectives and long-term growth targets.
- Act as the senior commercial partner to Sales leadership, shaping deal strategy, solution design, pricing frameworks, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex or high-risk opportunities requiring cross-functional alignment.
Solutions Consulting Team Leadership:
- Build and scale the solutions consulting function, including operating model, process, hiring plan, and performance standards.
- Develop the team into recognized subject matter experts across the full sales lifecycle.
- Define metrics that matter and report on them to Commercial Leadership.
Launch Strategy & Readiness:
- Own end-to-end launch strategy for new products and major product enhancements, from concept through go-live.
- Ensure every launch plan covers delivery model readiness, operational change, SOP updates, training, sales enablement, and pricing structures.
- Certify that every launch is commercially viable, operationally executable, and scalable before go-live.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Establish and lead a cross-functional Launch Readiness Group with stakeholders from Commercial, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Delivery.
- Drive accountability and decision-making across functions to ensure launches meet timelines and quality standards.
- Influence roadmap prioritization by bringing market, customer, and competitive insights into planning discussions.
