Professional Services Consultant - East Coast (Remote in NYC, Chicago, or Atlanta)

About the Role:

• Ketch is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to own customer implementations end to end.
• You will run several implementations at once and act as the customer's technical advisor and main point of contact.
• This role is part of the CX Team and the larger Go-to-Market organization, working closely with GTM, Engineering, and Product.

What You'll Do:

• Own customer implementations end to end, from discovery and solution design to deployment.
• Own technical conversations with customer stakeholders and educate teams on platform features.
• Identify upsell opportunities and bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Skills:

• Quickly pick up technical concepts and understand product architecture to design the right solution.
• Explain complex ideas simply to executives and technical users.
• Think in a structured way, spot risks early, and drive solutions without being asked.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management at a SaaS company.
• Technically proficient in SaaS architectures, APIs, JavaScript SDKs, and integrations.
• Ad-tech or mar-tech experience strongly preferred; data privacy knowledge is a plus.
