Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a culture carrier, valuing team over individual and prioritizing the right answer.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of 2nd line SE leadership experience.
- Proven success scaling teams to over 30 employees in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
