About the role:
- We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead vendor performance and transformation across our global BPO network.
- This role is accountable for driving vendor excellence and customer satisfaction at scale.
What you'll do:
- Own vendor performance, including customer experience, service levels, compliance, and QA outcomes.
- Lead executive-level vendor governance and cross-functional initiatives to improve outcomes.

- 8+ years of vendor/BPO management or operations experience.
- Strong analytical background and the ability to drive change with data.
