What you’ll do:

  • Train and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Events, Digital, and Content teams to drive pipeline through field events and targeted campaigns.
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new BDRs, ensuring their success and growth.

What you’ll bring:

  • Two+ years of Business Development Management experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
