What you’ll do:
- Train and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Events, Digital, and Content teams to drive pipeline through field events and targeted campaigns.
- Plan for hiring and onboarding new BDRs, ensuring their success and growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Two+ years of Business Development Management experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
