About The Role:
- Own the full sales cycle and work closely with founders, product, and GTM leadership.
- Refine positioning, messaging, and sales execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer pain points and align Baselayer’s solutions.
- Run high-quality product demos and manage customer trials or pilots.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
